HAIR POLICY Please try to reschedule your appointment as soon as you realize you need it changed. If your appointment is canceled within 72 hours, you will be charged 50%. Within 48 hours is 75%. Same day cancellations and no shows are charged 100%. 15+ minutes late results as a no show. Free consultations have a 5 minute grace period. After that you will be asked to reschedule. THREE DAY POLICY If you have any problems with your hair, notify my within 72 hours of the start time of your appointment. I will be happy to get you in to fix whatever needs to be fixed, free of cost. Refunds are not available.
