Appointments should be canceled more than 72 hours in advance. If they are canceled within the 72 hours, you will be charged for the service price. Being 10+ minutes late results as a no show. THREE DAY POLICY If you have any problems with your hair, notify my within 72 hours of the start time of your appointment. I will be happy to get you in to fix whatever needs to be fixed, free of cost. Refunds are not available.
